Usage & Dosage

Training days: the basic daily dose is 5 g (2 level teaspoons) after training. An additional 5 g dose can be taken before bedtime. Rest days: you can take a break or continue with your usual dosage, i.e. 5 g twice daily. The last dose should be taken at bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dose. 1 level scoop = approx. 5 g. Measure out according to the recommended dosage and mix with a sports drink.
