Usage & Dosage

Training days: the basic daily dose is 5 g (2 level teaspoons) taken after training. An extra dose of 5 g can be taken in the evening before bedtime. Rest days: you can skip it or continue with a dose of 5 g twice a day; take the last dose in the evening before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dose. 1 level scoop = approx. 5 g. Measure according to the recommended dosage and mix with a sports drink.
