Nutrend Creaport is a complete creatine-based powder formula designed to support your recovery and performance after training. Each 30 g serving contains 3000 mg of creatine from a blend of several sources — including premium Creapure® creatine monohydrate and Kre-Alkalyn® — providing a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.

The formula is also enriched with 2000 mg of taurine, 1000 mg of L-glutamine, and a trio of branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine) that complement your post-workout nutrition.

Creaport, with its refreshing Orange flavour, mixes easily into 150 ml of water for a convenient post-workout drink. Each 600 g tub provides 20 servings, making it a practical and effective addition to an active lifestyle.

Ingredients

Maltodextrin, creatine monohydrate – Creapure®, taurine, L-glutamine, instant BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsifier sunflower lecithin), glucose, magnesium citrate – Aquamin, creatine citrate, acidity regulator citric acid, creatine monohydrate – Kre-Alkalyn®, stabilisers acacia gum and xanthan gum, flavouring, anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide, Ceratonia siliqua extract (95% D-pinitols), sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, colour beta-carotene, chromium lactate, cyanocobalamin.

Usage & Dosage

Mix a 30 g dose with 150 ml of water. Use a maximum of once a day after training. Do not exceed the recommended dose. 1 scoop = approximately 30 g.
