About Nutrend – Pump Pre-Workout, Tropical Blend – 225g
Nutrend Pump Pre-Workout in Tropical Blend is a powder formula containing a combination of amino acids, plant extracts and B vitamins. Each 15 g serving delivers this blend, designed to be used as part of an active lifestyle and a balanced training routine.
The formula contains 5000 mg L-citrulline malate and 3000 mg beta-alanine per serving, along with glyceryl monostearate and L-tyrosine. It also contains KSM-66® Withania somnifera extract (standardised to 5% withanolides) and Bacopa monnieri extract, combined with choline L-bitartrate and BioPerine® black pepper extract.
The formula also contains a B vitamin complex, including vitamin B1, B3, B5 and B12. With a refreshing Tropical Blend flavour and an easy mix-and-drink format, Pump Pre-Workout is easy to include in your pre-training routine.

Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 dose of 15 g (1/2 scoop) with 250 ml water. Take 30 to 40 minutes before training.
