About Nutrend – Pump Pre-Workout, Bubble Gum – 225g
Nutrend Pump Pre-Workout is a powder formula with a refreshing Bubble Gum flavour, providing 15 servings per 225 g tub. Each 15 g serving combines a stack of amino acids, plant extracts and B vitamins.
At the core of each serving is 5000 mg L-Citrulline Malate and 3000 mg beta-alanine, together with 1950 mg glycerol monostearate and 1000 mg L-Tyrosine. The formula is further enriched with taurine, choline L-bitartrate and standardised plant extracts including KSM-66® Ashwagandha ( Withania somnifera , 5% withanolides) and Bacopa monnieri , completing a multi-dimensional pre-workout matrix.
The formula contains nicotinamide (B3) and calcium D-pantothenate (B5) at 200% NRV, thiamine (B1) at 200% NRV and cyanocobalamin (B12) at 100% NRV. Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The formula also contains black pepper extract (Bioperine®, 95% piperine).

Usage & Dosage
Mix one dose of 15 g (1/2 scoop) with 250 ml water. Drink approximately 30 minutes before strength-based physical activity. For endurance activities, it is necessary to supplement this product with carbohydrates and increased fluid intake (e.g. ISODRINX). Maximum daily dose is 15 g.
Warnings
The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Undissolved particles may occur during preparation, which should not be regarded as a fault. A tingling sensation is a common reaction.

Storage
After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and use within 3 months. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
