Nutrend N1 Pro Pre-Workout is a comprehensive powder formula developed to support your preparation before training. Each 10 g serving delivers a carefully composed combination of amino acids, creatine, electrolytes and vitamins, all blended into a fresh Green Lemonade flavour. The formula combines L-citrulline malate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, taurine, L-tyrosine, choline and glycerol monostearate, complemented by green tea extract, BioPerine® black pepper extract and a B-vitamin complex with niacin, B6 and B1. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

N1 Pro Pre-Workout is primarily designed for adult athletes looking for a multi-ingredient pre-workout powder. Flexible dosing makes it possible to adjust intake according to body weight and training intensity, making the product suitable for a wide range of active individuals.

Ingredients

L-citrulline malate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, taurine, glycerol monostearate, inulin, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, flavour, choline L-bitartrate, L-tyrosine, sodium chloride, green tea extract (30% EGCG – epigallocatechin gallate), L-ascorbic acid, caffeine, mixture of safflower concentrate and spirulina extract, acidity regulator citric acid, nicotinamide, sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, cayenne pepper, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, black pepper extract (95% piperine) – BioPerine®.

Usage & Dosage

Up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive athletes – mix one 10 g serving with 150 ml of water. Over 75 kg body weight and for very advanced training – mix one 20 g serving with 300 ml of water. Take 15 minutes before training. Maximum daily dose is 20 g. Do not exceed the recommended dose. 1/3 scoop = approx. 10 g; 2/3 scoop = approx. 20 g.

Warnings

Food supplement, with sweeteners. Contains caffeine (230 mg/20 g; 115 mg/10 g) – not suitable for children or pregnant and breastfeeding women. Intended mainly for adult athletes. Does not replace a varied diet. Do not use on an empty stomach. Intake together with other products containing green tea should not exceed 800 mg EGCG per day. Keep out of reach of children. The sachets in the product are not intended for consumption. Undissolved particles that may appear after mixing with water due to a high concentration of active substances – this is a natural characteristic of the product and should not be considered a defect. A tingling sensation is a natural reaction.

Storage

After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and use within 3 months. Store away from heat, frost and moisture.
