Usage & Dosage

Take 4–6 capsules daily between meals until the pack is finished. During physical activity, the dose can be increased to up to 8 capsules per day, taken between meals. Maximum 8 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Swallow the capsules and wash down with a sufficient amount of water or sports drink.
