L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, inulin, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, creatine citrate, acidity regulator citric acid, L-ascorbic acid, L-tyrosine, L-alanine, glycine, flavouring, sodium chloride, caffeine, Ginseng extract (5% ginsenosides), nicotinamide, sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, black pepper extract (95% piperine) – Bioperine®, colour beta-carotene.
The product may contain traces of soya and milk protein.
Usage & Dosage
For those up to 75 kg body weight and sensitive athletes: stir a dose of 8.5 g (¼ scoop) into 150 ml of water. For those over 75 kg body weight and professional athletes: stir a dose of 17 g (½ scoop) into 300 ml of water. Drink 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
