Nutrend N1 Shot in the flavour Forest Burst is a ready-mixed pre-workout shot for adult athletes, in a convenient and precisely dosed 60 ml portion before training. Each compact 60 ml portion contains a blend of amino acids, plant extracts and micronutrients.
Key ingredients include beta-alanine (2500 mg), L-arginine (2000 mg as AAKG), taurine (1000 mg), glucuronolactone (500 mg), guarana extract (500 mg) and 200 mg caffeine — all in a single, easy-to-drink liquid shot.
N1 Shot comes in a pack of 20 individual shots, making it ideal for structured training programmes. It can be taken directly or diluted in your favourite sports drink. Just shake and drink 15 minutes before training.

Usage & Dosage
Drink 1 shot (60 ml) 15 minutes before any physical activity. Maximum daily dose is 60 ml. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Intended for direct consumption or dilution in a sports drink. Once opened, the product is intended for immediate consumption. Shake before use!
