Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout in the flavour Magic Citrus is a comprehensive pre-training powder formula designed to support your preparation for demanding physical activity. Each tub provides 30 servings of a carefully dosed blend of key amino acids, creatine, caffeine and a selection of B vitamins — all created to complement an active lifestyle and high-intensity training routine.

The formula combines L-Arginine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Beta-Alanine and a dual Creatine Mix (creatine monohydrate + creatine citrate) with L-Tyrosine and caffeine, supplemented with Vitamin C, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B1 and B6, Ginseng extract and Bioperine® black pepper extract. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Flexible dosing makes N1 Pre-Workout suitable for a wide range of athletes: a half-dose option (8.5 g) is available for lighter individuals or those more sensitive to stimulants, while a full dose (17 g) suits heavier or more experienced trainers. Mixed with water and taken 30 minutes before training, it dissolves easily into a fresh citrus-flavoured drink that is sugar-free at the recommended dilution.

Usage & Dosage

Up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive athletes: mix 1 serving (8.5 g = ¼ scoop) with 150 ml water and drink 30 minutes before training. Over 75 kg body weight or for advanced training: mix 17 g (½ scoop) with 300 ml water and drink 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Warnings

Food supplement. Should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, adolescents or children. Keep out of reach of children. Due to the high caffeine content, it is not recommended for use in the evening to avoid sleep disturbances. The initial tingling sensation on the lips is caused by Bioperine® (95% piperine – black pepper extract). Due to hygroscopic ingredients (e.g. arginine, beta-alanine) the powder may harden after opening – this does not indicate that the product has changed. If the recommended dilution ratio (8.5 g/150 ml or 17 g/300 ml) is followed, the drink is sugar-free (<0.5 g/100 ml drink).
