Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout is a comprehensive pre-workout powder designed to support your preparation for intense physical activity. Each serving delivers a precisely dosed combination of L-Arginine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Beta-Alanine, a Creatine Mix (creatine monohydrate and creatine citrate), L-Tyrosine and caffeine, complemented by a B-vitamin complex, ginseng extract and Bioperine® black pepper extract for a well-balanced pre-workout experience.

The formula comes in the refreshing Red Orange flavour and is sugar-free when prepared according to the recommended dilution, making it a clean and convenient choice before training. The flexible dosing system allows athletes to adjust intake based on body weight and training level: half a scoop (8.5 g) for athletes up to 75 kg or those more sensitive, and a full scoop (17 g) for heavier or more advanced athletes.

The 255 g package provides approximately 30 servings at the 8.5 g dose or 15 servings at the 17 g dose.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 8.5 g (half a scoop) in 150 ml water for athletes up to 75 kg body weight or sensitive athletes. For athletes over 75 kg body weight or advanced training level, mix 17 g (a full scoop) in 300 ml water. Consume approximately 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed recommended dose. The 255 g package provides approximately 30 servings at 8.5 g or 15 servings at 17 g.

Warnings

Food supplement, with sweeteners. Contains caffeine (200 mg/17 g / 100 mg/8.5 g) – not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Due to the high caffeine content, use in the evening is not recommended in order to avoid sleep disturbances. Not suitable for people with caffeine sensitivity. Does not replace a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or storage. Due to a high concentration of active substances, undissolved particles may be visible after mixing – this is a natural property of the product and should not be considered a defect.
