Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout in the refreshing Grapefruit flavour is a comprehensive pre-training powder formula designed to support your preparation for intense physical activity. Each 17 g serving provides a carefully composed combination of amino acids, creatine forms, caffeine and B vitamins, making it a flexible choice for athletes who want a single, well-balanced pre-workout supplement.

Black pepper extract (Bioperine®, 95% piperine) completes the formula.

With 15 servings per tub (at the full dose of 17 g), N1 Pre-Workout offers a flexible dosing approach: beginners or those sensitive to stimulants can start with a half dose of 8.5 g and increase as needed. The product is manufactured by Nutrend, one of Europe's established sports nutrition brands, and is sweetened with sucralose and steviol glycosides, keeping the sugar content below 0.5 g per 100 g.

Ingredients

L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, inulin, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, creatine citrate, acidity regulator citric acid, L-ascorbic acid, L-tyrosine, L-alanine, glycine, sodium chloride, caffeine, Ginseng extract (5% ginsenosides), flavouring, nicotinamide, sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, calcium D-pantothenate, safflower concentrate, flavouring naringin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, black pepper extract (95% piperine) – Bioperine®.

The product may contain traces of soy and milk proteins.

Usage & Dosage

Start with 8.5 g dissolved in about 150 ml of water. Increase as needed to 17 g dissolved in about 300 ml of water. Take 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. A food supplement; does not replace a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Contains caffeine. Due to the high concentration of active substances, undissolved particles may appear after mixing – this is a natural characteristic of the product. A tingling sensation is a natural reaction to the composition.
