Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout is a comprehensive training formula designed to support your performance in the gym and beyond. Each 17 g serving delivers a precisely dosed blend of amino acids, creatine, vitamins and caffeine, which together help you get the most out of every workout. The refreshing Blue Raspberry flavour makes it easy and enjoyable to take before training.

At the core of the formula are 3,500 mg L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate and 3,500 mg Beta-Alanine per serving, complemented by a dual creatine matrix combining Creatine Monohydrate and Creatine Citrate for a total of around 3,235 mg creatine per serving. The formula also contains 200 mg caffeine and 500 mg L-Tyrosine per serving.

The vitamin and mineral profile is equally impressive: Vitamin C, Thiamine (B1), Pyridoxine (B6), Nicotinamide (B3) and Calcium are all included in meaningful amounts. Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and psychological function. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Usage & Dosage

Start with 8.5 g mixed in about 150 ml of water. Increase as needed to 17 g mixed in about 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before your training session.
