Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout in the flavour Tropical Candy is a pre-workout powder formulated with active ingredients for use before intense training sessions. Each 255 g tub provides up to 30 servings, making it a practical and flexible addition to any serious training routine.

The formula combines key active ingredients — including L-Arginine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Beta-Alanine, a Creatine mix, L-Tyrosine and Caffeine — with a supportive blend of B vitamins, Vitamin C, Ginseng extract and Bioperine® black pepper extract. The dosage can be adjusted according to body weight and training intensity, with either an 8.5 g or 17 g serving per occasion.

Ingredients

L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, calcium phosphate, flavouring, sodium citrate, creatine citrate, acidity regulator citric acid, L-ascorbic acid, inulin, L-tyrosine, L-alanine, glycine, sodium chloride, caffeine, ginseng extract (5% ginsenosides), sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, nicotinamide, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, calcium D-pantothenate, safflower concentrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, black pepper extract (95% piperine) – Bioperine®, colour beta-carotene.

The product may contain traces of soya and milk protein.

Usage & Dosage

Up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive athletes: mix 8.5 g (1/4 scoop) in 150 ml water. Over 75 kg body weight or for very advanced training: mix 17 g (1/2 scoop) in 300 ml water. Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Warnings

Food supplement with sweeteners. Contains caffeine (200 mg per serving of 17 g; 100 mg per serving of 8.5 g) – not suitable for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Designed specifically for adult athletes. Does not replace a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. At the recommended dilution ratio, the drink is sugar-free (<0.5 g/100 ml drink).

After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25°C and use within 3 months. Protect from heat, frost and moisture.
