Nutrend Mass Core is a carbohydrate-rich weight gainer powder designed to support your calorie and macronutrient intake around training.

The formula is also enriched with a comprehensive vitamin premix covering ten micronutrients: Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic acid (B5), Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Biotin and Folic acid. Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Riboflavin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 serving (80 g) with 300 ml water. Take approximately 1 hour before training or immediately after training.
