Nutrend IsoDrinx Green Apple is a refreshing isotonic sports drink powder developed specially for athletes. Designed to be mixed with water, it provides a balanced blend of carbohydrates together with a complete vitamin complex, making it a practical choice for supporting hydration and nutrient intake during physical activity.
Each 35 g serving provides ten essential vitamins — including vitamin C, B vitamins, vitamin E, biotin and folic acid. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The fresh taste of green apple makes it a pleasant addition to any training routine.
With 420 g of powder per pack, IsoDrinx provides approximately 12 full servings. It can be prepared as a true isotonic drink (35 g per 500 ml water) or as a hypotonic sports drink (35 g per 750 ml water), making it possible to adapt it to your fluid needs before, during or after exercise.

Usage & Dosage
Recommended dosage: the dilution ratio for the ISOtonic drink is 35 g (one lightly heaped scoop) per 500 ml water (osmolality 275 to 305 mOsm/kg). The dilution for the sports drink is 35 g per 750 ml water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg). Use: one lightly heaped scoop = approx. 35 g. Mix with water according to the recommended dosage. Do not use mineral water. Shake the pack (bag) before use!

Storage
