Capsule shell: gelatine, colours: titanium dioxide, iron oxides.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 capsule 60 minutes before physical activity. Maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Swallow the capsules and wash down with a sufficient amount of water. Alcoholic beverages and milk drinks are not suitable. Do not chew the capsule.
