Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout in the Blackcurrant flavour is a complete powder formula designed to support your workout preparation. Each tub provides approximately 30 full doses (17 g) or 60 half doses (8.5 g), giving you the flexibility to adjust your intake according to your body weight and experience level. The formula combines a broad spectrum of amino acids, creatine, caffeine and selected vitamins to create a well-rounded pre-workout supplement.

The formula contains key ingredients such as L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate and creatine citrate, L-citrulline malate, L-tyrosine and L-alanine, complemented with caffeine. A B-vitamin complex — including vitamin B1, B3, B5 and B6 — together with vitamin C and calcium rounds off the nutritional profile. Bioperine® black pepper extract (standardised to 95% piperine) is included to support the bioavailability of the formula's active ingredients.

L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, inulin, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, creatine citrate, acidity regulator citric acid, L-ascorbic acid, L-tyrosine, L-alanine, glycine, sodium chloride, caffeine, ginseng extract (5% ginsenosides), flavouring, mixture of beetroot concentrate and spirulina extract, nicotinamide, black carrot concentrate, sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides), anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, black pepper extract (95% piperine) – Bioperine®.

The product may contain traces of soya and milk protein.

Usage & Dosage

For you up to 75 kg body weight and sensitive athletes: mix 8.5 g (approximately 1/4 scoop) in 150 ml water. For you over 75 kg body weight or professional athletes: mix 17 g (approximately 1/2 scoop) in 300 ml water. Consume 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Warnings

Food supplement with sweeteners. High caffeine content (200 mg per 17 g serving; 100 mg per 8.5 g serving) — not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Intended mainly for adult athletes. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. A tingling sensation on the skin and an initial burning sensation on the lips (caused by Bioperine® black pepper extract) are natural reactions to the active ingredients and subside within about 15 minutes. Undissolved particles after mixing are natural due to the high concentration of active substances and do not constitute a product defect.

After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in a dry place and protected from direct sunlight and frost. Use within 3 months of opening.
