Usage & Dosage

For people up to 75 kg body weight and sensitive athletes: stir a dose of 8.5 g into 150 ml water. For people over 75 kg body weight and professional athletes: stir a dose of 17 g into 300 ml water. Consume 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dose. 1/4 scoop = approximately 8.5 g; 1/2 scoop = approximately 17 g.

Warnings

High caffeine content (200 mg per 17 g serving; 100 mg per 8.5 g serving). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Intended mainly for adult athletes. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Undissolved particles that may occur after mixing with water due to the high concentration of active substances are natural and should not be regarded as a fault. A tingling sensation is a natural reaction. The initial tingling sensation on the lips is caused by Bioperine® (95% piperine - black pepper extract); this effect disappears within 15 minutes. Food supplement. Contains sweeteners.
