Usage & Dosage

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules of Black Burn in the morning (1 hour before breakfast). Wait at least 4 hours and take a further 2 capsules 1 hour before lunch. Take the last 2 capsules just before dinner. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.
