The formula combines L-Citrulline (6000 mg), Beta-Alanine (4000 mg), Creatine Monohydrate (3000 mg) and Taurine (1000 mg), together with beet extract, L-Leucine, Betaine Anhydrous, L-Tyrosine and a range of B vitamins including Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12. Usage & Dosage

Take one serving (1 scoop / 20 g) mixed with 300 ml water, 15 minutes before training. Drink immediately after mixing to benefit from the sustained-release matrix. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
