DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1 capsule 3 times a day, with or without food. You can take 3 capsules at once or in divided doses.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Magnesium may have a laxative effect. If symptoms occur, divide the dose, reduce intake or discontinue use of the product.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
