INGREDIENTS: 

Magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium salts of citric acid), rice seed concentrate, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gelling agent: carrageenan, acidity regulator: potassium acetates), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose/cellulose gel), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Ingredients	1 capsule
Magnesium (ZumXR magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate)	250 mg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule 1-2 times a day, with or without food.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women, people who are ill or taking medication should consult a doctor before taking this product.

When taken in large amounts, magnesium may have a laxative effect. In this case, split the dose, reduce intake or discontinue use.
