Apollo's Hegemony Fish Oil offers a concentrated source of omega-3 fatty acids in a convenient softgel form. Each softgel provides 1000 mg of high-quality fish oil, delivering 330 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 220 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) — two of the most studied long-chain omega-3 fatty acids.
DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. These are EFSA-approved and validated health claims, applicable to a daily intake of 250 mg of combined EPA and DHA. Each serving of Apollo's Hegemony Fish Oil reaches and significantly exceeds this threshold.
Each softgel also contains 12 mg of vitamin E (as D-alpha tocopherol). Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. With 60 softgels per box, this product provides a full two-month supply when taken as directed.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 capsule with 200 ml of water. Take once a day during or after a meal.
