Natural Vitality Natural Calm Plus Calcium is a magnesium and calcium powder with a raspberry lemon flavour, in a convenient and flavourful drink format. Each serving contains ionic magnesium citrate — which forms when the unique blend of magnesium carbonate and citric acid is combined with water — together with calcium gluconate, making it easy for the body to absorb both of these important minerals in a single fizzy serving.

In addition to magnesium and calcium, the formula also contains Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and potassium. Ingredients

Calcium gluconate, a proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate (which, in combination with water, creates ionic magnesium citrate), ascorbic acid, organic raspberry and lemon flavours, potassium citrate, organic stevia, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), boron citrate.

Usage & Dosage

Individual needs may vary. The amount ranges from approximately 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) daily up to approximately 3 teaspoons (7.5 g) daily. For best results, split the daily amount into 2 or 3 servings per day, with or without food. For fastest preparation: pour the powder into a glass or mug; add approximately 2–3 oz of warm water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Top up with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also simply add the powder to a glass or bottle of cold water.
