Ingredients

Ubiquinol (Kaneka Ubiquinol Enhanced Bioactivity CoQ10) 50 mg. Other ingredients: flaxseed oil, gelatin, glycerin, beeswax, sunflower lecithin, purified water, carob, d-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E) (other tocopherols and sunflower oil).

Softgel shell: gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob.

Usage & Dosage

As a dietary supplement, take one softgel twice a day with a meal and water for the first two weeks. Then take one softgel a day with a meal and water.
