INGREDIENTS: Gymnema Sylvestre, capsule shell: gelatin, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.
RECOMMENDED DAILY SERVING: One capsule 15 minutes before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. The product must not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied and balanced diet.
