Directions for use:
One capsule per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
The product must not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied and balanced diet.

Note:
Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg or more of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate.

Contraindications:
This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or children under 18 years of age.
Do not consume if you are also consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume on an empty stomach.
Do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with a similar effect.
