Kelp Iodine Source by Swanson is a tablet-form supplement containing iodine derived from Atlantic Kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum). Each pack contains 250 tablets.
Ingredients:
- Iodine (from kelp) 225 mcg
- Atlantic Kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum) (standardized to 0.4% iodine) 56 mg
Other ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate, acacia, maltodextrin. NOTE: May contain crustacean shellfish (lobster, shrimp and crab).
