Ingredients:
Kara Calm, stabiliser: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, dextrin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide

	1 capsule
Kara Calm [proprietary blend of standardised extracts of valerian (Valeriana officinalis) (root), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) (aerial parts), holy basil (Ziziphus jujuba) (seeds), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) (leaf) and black cumin (Nigella satica) (seeds)]	500 mg

Directions for use:
Take one capsule daily on an empty stomach, with water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
The product must not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied and balanced diet.

Contraindications:
Do not use in children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Do not use for longer than 12 weeks.
Products containing Passiflora incarnata may cause drowsiness and negatively affect the ability to drive or operate machinery; do not use in combination with other substances affecting the central nervous system.

Store at room temperature, out of reach of small children
