INGREDIENTS:

Lactobacillus Plantarum, rice bran, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Take one capsule daily with water.
