What makes Swanson Full Effect hair thickener unique is Keranat, a patented, clinically studied ingredient derived from millet grain, a source of a rare molecule called miliacin. Miliacin is a triterpenoid that stimulates the production of keratin, a structural protein found in hair, skin and nails.
Each serving provides 2000 mcg of biotin – a member of the B vitamin family, commonly known as the "beauty nutrient" for its benefits to hair, skin and nails – and 11 mg of zinc, a nutrient essential for cell division and nutrient absorption, particularly in the hair follicle as part of the hair growth process.

INGREDIENTS:

Biotin, zinc gluconate, Keranat™, horsetail, capsule shell: gelatin, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. Contains sulphites.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
