Carlson Labs Elite Omega-3 Gems provides 1,600 mg of omega-3 fatty acids per serving, from premium Norwegian fish oil. Each serving of two soft gel capsules contains 800 mg EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and 600 mg DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid), two of the most well-researched and valuable omega-3 fatty acids. The natural lemon flavor gives a clean, pleasant taste without any fishy aftertaste.

DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. These are approved health claims recognised under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006. Each serving also provides vitamin E (as natural d-alpha tocopherol), equal to 112% of the reference intake. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
