Ingredients

Water, diluent (xylitol), humectant (glycerin), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), flavouring (natural apricot), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), chromium chloride (chromium).

Usage & Dosage

Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before each use. Spray gently into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. Use 4 sprays daily (or as directed by your healthcare provider). Can be taken together or separately. Half the dose should be used for children under 12 years. Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of day.

Warnings

Once opened, use within 6 months. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Contains xylitol – excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
