BetterYou MultiVit Oral Spray provides 14 essential vitamins and minerals in a convenient liquid spray format with a natural blackcurrant and plum flavour. Each daily dose of just 4 sprays provides a complete blend including Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, Folate, Selenium and a full B vitamin complex — all absorbed directly through the mucous membrane of the mouth for a convenient alternative to traditional tablets and capsules that don't need to be swallowed.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, maintenance of normal bones and maintenance of normal muscle function. Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

A 25 ml bottle provides approximately 32 daily doses (128 sprays). The formula is free from gluten, sugar, artificial colours, artificial flavours, additives, fillers, GMOs, alcohol and palm oil and palm oil derivatives — making it a clean and simple choice for daily nutritional support.

Usage & Dosage

Use 4 sprays per day (or as directed by your healthcare provider). Does not need to be taken with food or water; can be taken at any time of day. When using for the first time: press the pump 3 times to prime it. Shake well before each use. Spray gently into the mouth, ideally against the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing. Replace the cap after use.

Warnings

Contains Vitamin K — should not be taken if you are on anticoagulants (blood-thinning medication) unless recommended by your doctor. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. We recommend that this spray is not used during pregnancy as it contains Vitamin A; consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any medication. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children.
