Shipping to 23 EU countries: one fee per country and weight band
No zones to learn by heart and no surcharges to discover afterwards. One fee per country and weight band, charged on the order when you place it.

The whole table is public
Every country and every weight band is listed under Shipping, and you do not need an account to read it. The figures on that page are produced by the same function that charges your order, so the page and the invoice cannot drift apart.
The fee is charged together with the goods when the order is created, not added later.
The weight band is found on the whole order
The order is weighed together, not line by line. One tub of protein lands in the first or second band, three tubs usually in the third.
The weight is on every product in the feed, so you can work out the band before you order — and before you quote delivery to your own customer.
Home delivery or a pickup point
Where a pickup network exists you can choose it per order by sending a delivery point id. Without one we ship to the address.
A pickup point is not automatically cheaper: a parcel locker has a size limit, so in the heavier bands it is often dearer. A dash in the table means we cannot book it in that country or band.
What you charge your customer is yours alone
The table is what we charge you per parcel. What you charge your customer for delivery is your decision — we never require a minimum and we never set a floor.
Many merchants build the fee into the product price and offer free delivery; others pass it on as it stands. Both are fine by us, because neither is ours to decide.
How long it takes
5–8 working days, anywhere we ship. Estimates, not guarantees: a delay at a carrier does not entitle you to compensation, and we would rather write that down than imply otherwise.
